Everyone brings something the rest of us did not have yesterday. We learn from each other, mix our interests and experience into solutions clients could not get elsewhere, and ship software that helps them grow. When they do well, the company does well — and so does every one of us. It is not complicated.
Work hard, play hard
We do not live only for work. There is football at the office, and there are go-karts, paintball and wakeboarding when the weather cooperates. Team events are never mandatory and never in short supply. And when we run out of team-mates for a kart race, we go and hire more.

You will build and run serverless services on AWS for UK fintech, insurance-tech and media clients — TypeScript end to end, from Lambda handlers and DynamoDB models to the React front end that uses them.
You bring
- 3+ years with TypeScript and Node.js in production
- Hands-on AWS: Lambda, API Gateway or AppSync, DynamoDB, SQS; infrastructure as code (CDK or Terraform)
- Tests as a default, code review as a habit, curiosity about how things get hacked
- English good enough for a daily stand-up with London
